This place was perfect for our whole family of all ages. The pool was the most entertaining with the spa & waterside. the adults and grandkids were entertaine for hours each day. We did have to pay extra to heat the pool and spa which I thought should have been included in the rental fee. The outside spaces were all inviting. The kitchen was big and very accommodating. Rooms were big and comfortable. Great outside pool area bathroom.

Staying with AvantStay was the best choice me and my group made! I wanted a cute little airbnb house where I could relax, hang out, and have dinner with my friends for my birthday and I accomplished that with this booking. The house was very clean, well maintained and the amenities were amazing!!!! The hosts were very communicative and made sure to answer any questions i had. They made my 27th bday worthwhile! I will definitely be booking with them on the future 11/10.

We had an incredible stay with family ! It was a lovely home with great amenities and a wonderful yard . We had privacy in our rooms and also wonderful places to gather. WE appreciate the early check in and the extra time with extended family from 4 different states!, while celebrating our daughter’s wedding . The home had plenty of room for many helping in the kitchen and added great fun memories to our trip to San Diego and Temecula. Thanks for hosting us in this beautiful spacious home!

The property is really nice except for the cleanliness. We found lot of rats and rat poop in the property and also few dead rats in the pool. We reported that and the host responded quickly with house cleaning and pool cleaning. They were also nice to us by giving small gifts and extended check out time and few bucks back due to cleanliness issues. I would still recommend this property if AvantStay will do a proper pest control in place.
