In Monasterevin, this memorable place is anything but ordinary. It’s fully wooden construction imported from Lithuania. It’s seasonal camping style (from March to November) overnight experience for adventurous people who are walking or cycling through our beautiful canal side area or just stopping by for few nights to discover County Kildare. Small breakfast included. There is an opportunity to use steam room ( for a small fee) and use complimentary bicycles (subject of availability) The barrel is located behind the house called Robins Rest, Monasterevin, in the large yard and you’ll have it all by yourself during your stay. There’s 2 bunk beds but we’ll use the bottom bunk for your stay. You have the option to use coffee machine, kettle, toaster, mini fridge and microwave. Bedding and electric blankets are included. Unfortunately there’s no cooking possibilities. Toilet and shower are ten meters away in the separate building. You can connect to wifi while in the barrel - the code is written inside the picture frame. The front of the barrel has a sitting area under a pergola. That’s where you can smoke if you’re a smoker. Smoking is prohibited in any indoor buildings around our garden including barrel itself. Check in strictly FROM 5pm
