Un lugar muy agradable, la alberca estaba demasiado cómoda, el agua con temperatura muy agradable. Nos encantó poder caminar por senderos. Las vistas son espectaculares! Nos encantó todo!

Our stay at the Arenal Rainforest Cabin was a great spot for our time in La Fortuna! Check-in instructions and directions to the house were easy to follow. The views from the patio and pool were gorgeous!! We loved spending time outside in the pool and hammocks. Our hosts were fast to respond anytime we had questions. We were also perfectly located to the town of La Fortuna and all the activities we wanted to do there. We were secluded enough to feel like we stepped into a forest, but still just a quick drive into town! There also was AC inside the bedrooms which we weren’t expecting! The only two things are that the bathroom could’ve been a little cleaner. And on our last day, the cleaning people came early and the water shut off before our check out. Overall though, good value for the price!

Overall the cabin was very nice and private. The road to get to the cabins is a little hectic. It was mostly dirt roads and elevated to get to the cabin. The pool is a little deceiving from the pictures. It is small like the size of 2 hot tubs. It’s nice if you have small kids and it is right outside the doors. Our only complaint was the kitchen. We opted to do some cooking but, there wasn’t much cooking supplies. Things like cooking oil, paper towels, etc… Just be prepare to stop and grab those things. Other than that the place was great and very close to the main town but you have to drive to it it’s too far to walk. Also there is a restaurant further up the road that we didn’t know about and that was a short walk and looked great. Worth booking.

When we first got there the electricity was not working so I called and was told they’ll look into it and call back. Called them back an hour later and they said they couldn’t help find somewhere else and to call Airbnb if we wanted to cancel. The actual owner of the property is a super nice older couple but the management company for the property was unwilling to help us. After speaking with the neighbor we found out the whole street lost power and the power company was working on it. Thankfully the power came back that night. A heads up about this before we arrived would have been helpful. Otherwise the place was great.

This stay was absolutely stunning!! Using the address given, our maps almost took us off a cliff trying to get there, but with help from the property owner we found our way. The space was very clean with few bugs, however when we arrived our toilet wasn’t functioning properly. We had a few special visitors (two dogs) that hung out with us which we loved! The AC in the bedrooms were also a huge plus. We couldn’t find the private waterfall but there were plenty of awesome trails to explore! We felt very safe and the property was close to the main part of town. Would highly recommend this property!
