Great place to stay in Anchorage. everything you would need is within walking distance. nice resturants, coffee shops, shopping locations, grocery stores. Larry came and met me for check in and I had a good chat with him. Very humble individual and very accomidating. Place was very well located. Has everything you would want or need within walking distance, including nice resturants, coffee shops, museums, theatres etc. Place was well kept and has a cool vibe. Has some cool history associated with it that makes it even more charming. I stayed by myself but there are multiple bedrooms and it's cozy enough for a family or group of friends. Has a big kitchen where you could make a full on dinner for yourself and others. Nice appliances and all the pots, pans, silverware, etc to accomplish most of what you could accomplish in your home kitchen. Would stay again.

We spent 3 days in Anchorage prior to boarding a cruise ship. We had a great time on daytime road trips and then returning to our place to walk to town or just hang out. There are multiple units all in the same area which worked out great since we were travelling with others. Larry was quick to respond with any questions prior to our arrival as well as when we were there. I would definitely recommend Larry's place for anyone planning a stay in Anchorage

We didn’t have much time in town but the site was walkable to downtown. Also helpful was a market two blocks away (east) which was good for buying breakfast and train snacks. We had a good night’s sleep - it was quiet despite being on a main road.
