Exactly what we needed for our stay! This tiny house did not disappoint! Host was very accommodating and had everything we needed. Great space in a unique place! Friendly local people. Cute shops and good places to eat!

The town of Thomas had over two feet of snow the weekend we arrived. Cameron made a point to clear a path to the house and make sure we had street parking (despite the plows). He also made extra effort to ensure we had a place inside to park our snowy boots and left "old" towels for us to dry our dogs. Cameron's place is quite nice and walkable to "Tie One On" (a super-cool small-kitchen-craft beer-fly shop), Front Street and the Purple Fiddle. We had a great stay and plan to go back (sometime when there's a little less snow).

Great location in Thomas, WV! Just around the corner from shops, 1-2 restaurants and music venue - good value as home base for a long weekend in Canaan Valley/Blackwater Falls, x-c skiing, hikes, etc. People with sensitive nose or respiratory health issues - do not stay in the winter. The only way to heat the downstairs (inc. kitchen, sitting area, downstairs couch/bed) is with a fireplace which fills the entire house with a strong smell of gas (requiring windows to be opened, which in turn makes it hard to keep in the warmth). Also, note the house is not accessible, especially in winter temperatures when sidewalk, back walkway & stairs, porch are iced over and piled with snow - slippery and dangerous!
