My wife and I went to Da Nang to visit our daughter for a month. We wanted to be by the beach, but live like an Expat. The gate and apartment was keyless making it easy entering. Our neighborhood was extremely walkable to the beach (5 mins) or to many places to eat. The apartment is perfect for 2 people but can sleep 4. Dung has a kitchen with a fan over the electric burner and a washer. We found a large Lotte market fairly close for shopping. You just take a Grab there and back. Most of our visit we did East of the river, so most Grab trips were less than $2 USD with tip. Dung switched out a broken rice cooker right away after we told him it didn't work. He's very responsive to guest. The bed is on the firm side for reference, but we slept comfortably. I recommend this stay and Da Nang/Hoi An (30 min Grab ride away)! It's a wonderful place and this was a great 1 month stay!

I've stayed at AZ before, and loved it. The location is a bit far from the tourist area, however, it is very quiet and close to the beach. I would say this particular apartment has had a lot of wear & tear though, and it shows. The sofa in particular smelt terrible, and there's a fair bit of water damage to the walls & ceiling. To be fair the host did offer to have the sofa cleaned for me, however, I didn't want to deal with the logistics of that during my stay. I do think the apartment really needs some maintenance to bring it back up to a good standard. Otherwise though, it had been well cleaned, it's well equipped for a long term stay, and Dung is a very responsive host.

Comfortable place to stay and value for money. There is however construction going on opposite the building, can get a little noisy during the day. Otherwise, it's all good. There is a public beach access nearby. It's easy to get a Grab too from this location and it is about 15 minutes away from the airport. We had an issue with the shower heater but was rectified the next day afternoon, staff was friendly. Overall a very pleasant stay, would come back again!
