Great place. Beautiful location. We had a great time and Caleb was very friendly and responsive.

The host was great and it was easy to find. The view of the ocean and sunset were beautiful. We stayed in one of Caleb's smaller units at first and the noise was less there, but the front house is facing the street and the cars going by are very noisy during the day. At night there is much less traffic and the noise dies down. We used the air conditioning units as fans at night to drown out the sounds so were still able to sleep. Otherwise it was a beautiful place and we enjoyed being there!

The airbnb was adequate and clean but needs physical maintenance and attention to security. There were beach towels neatly folded and bath towels and washcloths, shampoo and conditioner available. The kitchen was fully functional and there were pots and pans to cook with. It was plenty of space for a family and was nice to come back and relax after a day of exploring the island and enjoying the beach. The host was communicative and accomodating.

Great place on Hawai'i island, near the airport but no airport noise at all. The music of the coquis was a treat! As was the balcony with ocean views, sunsets! Very convenient to get to Kailua but enough outside to not feel the business of town. We stayed with our three kids, perfect. Mahalo!

We had a great time here. It was very family friendly-they even had a stroller and beach furniture. The unit was spacious and very relaxing with a big lanai. We had a car, so driving to destinations was easy, and not far away by car. Caleb was very helpful and made our stay stress free.
