Janet was very welcoming and responded very quickly to my messages. She was also very flexible with the schedules. The bedroom was ideal for sleeping in which I really needed. It was dark and since the property is very private, the only noises I heard were the occasional squeaking of the floor boards from the guests upstairs and some squirrels scampering in the ceiling. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows and extra blankets if needed. There was plenty of outlets and ports to charge my electronics. The bathroom was very clean. The towels were very soft and fluffy. Water pressure was excellent and the water temperature for the shower was easy to set. The living room was very spacious and I like the decorations very much. The kitchen had lots of counter space which doubled as a work area for me. WiFi was easy to get on and was fast and reliable. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely recommend this AirBnB to others. Thank you, Janet!

We once again had an enjoyable stay at Janet’s place. It is part of an old farm and the cottage house is nice and private. Janet is a very friendly and proactive host and we enjoy dealing with her. The apartment is very clean and comfy. It’s easy to get to A2 and not too far from the highways either. We will stay again!

Janet’s place was very nice and very clean. Location was private and she had all the amenities provided for a comfortable stay there. Janet was also very responsive and helpful whenever we had any doubts or questions.

Quiet and peaceful setting only a short 15 minute drive from A2. We felt comfortable and right at home. There was someone in the upstairs unit, but that was never a bother. Janet was a great communicator and was able to accommodate a slightly earlier arrival. Sadly we couldn’t appreciate the property as it is only March!

This place is quite a gem: it’s rural but close enough to the more urban parts of Ann Arbor in case you want more action. It has great amenities, including two patios for outdoor seating and a sprawling yard that’s great for walking. The check-in instructions were easy to follow. This is definitely a place I would rent again.
