This was our seconds stay and Vik's place. Is there a better endorsement than going back to a place a second time? Great for our needs - confortable, convenient and all the amenities you'd expect. This is a great small family home for your stay in Ann Arbor/Ypsi

Despite it being a short stay, we felt right at home at Vik’s. We hope to make this stay a yearly tradition. This place is perfectly suitable and spacious for a stay for three of us. The interior is very comfortable and very welcoming for a nice relaxing moment during our stay. We also noticed some updates that were made to the property which maintains the house’s reputation for being visually appealing. The bathrooms were highly adequate and the amenities were laid out and stocked very generously. Vik is a great host and this house is hard to pass on.

We have stayed once before and would be happy to stay again in future. Very convenient, great yard for dog although no dog this visit, nice neighborhood and clean.

All in all, Vik's place was what we needed for our stay in Ann Arbor. Location was convenient to the university, the area was walkable, and the check-in and out process was simple! I very much appreciated Vik's responsiveness to an issue we brought up after checking out of the property and he was very understanding and accommodating. His commitment to great customer service to his guests was appreciated. If you're looking for a comfortable and private home to stay, this is a great option.
