This was my home away from home for four months. It is the nicest place I have stayed in Ann Arbor and provided a place of calm and focus for this PhD student. In addition to an aesthetically appealing home, the neighborhood is great — very quiet, nice to walk around, half mile from County Farm Park with nice trails. The location is great. I did have to drive to campus but it was nice to be close to Trader Joe’s and other shops. Katie was wonderful and she, Brian and Puddle were wonderful hosts. I fully recommend staying here and would not hesitate to stay again.

This was our second time staying at Katie & Brians place. It was as good as last year - comfortable bed, great knives, and close to where we wanted to be. They are great hosts. Ann & Monte

Great place… absolutely perfect. Stayed at about every hotel in Ann Arbor, and would pick Katie’s place 10 out of 10 times!

Very comfortable space. I loved the treats and water bottles - was a welcome surprise! We would stay here again on our next visit to Ann Arbor.
