This place was well matched to our needs- we stayed two nights to check out Ann Arbor & UMich— location was ideal & the rental was super low fuss. Everything was functional (good temp control, plus ceiling fans), towels plentiful, other basics covered (ex: there’s a hairdryer, & salt & pepper) but nothing was luxurious/extravagant (ex: limited glassware, zero books/board games (not that we cared), just 2-3 coffee pods (but more were delivered immediately at my request)). It was tidy but cleaning could use minor improvements (there were crumbs & popcorn kernels on floor). Overall, no complaints.

Wonderful location, comfortable, the cleaning job seemed rushed since we found lots of crumbs.
This apartment was clean and exactly as described in the website. It had all the amenities and the linens and covers were adequate. We spent most of the time at U Michigan and downtown and coming at night to the apartment was such a treat. There is so much light and space, and it feels very cosy. Looking forward to our next visit to AnnArbor.
