A lovely place to stay close to downtown Ann Arbor! Nancy’s home is very spacious and clean and was perfect for a long weekend! Nancy was very responsive with any questions we had and gave very clear check in / check out instructions. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is older and has many issues of an older house. The internal doors stick and do not lock, the shower while re-done has no water pressure at all, the heat is uneven with some rooms unbearably hot while others freezing cold. The front bedroom windows have shades that are transparent. At night people from the street can see in, and all the street light comes in all night.

STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK. We are lucky that my wife and kids survived this stay. There are bedroom outlets that are not fault protected, meaning electrocution is a real risk here. One of those outlets was right over a bed. My wife inserted a phone charger and sparks shot out of the wall. My kids also played on this bed so everyone is lucky they didn’t do what kids do and get curious. The hosts did address that single outlet after we reported it but they didn’t express any concern her safer it seem to understand how serious this was.

We had an incredible stay at this property! It was the perfect location for an alumni football weekend and college reunion. Nancy and Brian have a beautiful home and are extremely responsive. The heat stopped working at one point and they had it fixed within the hour of notifying them. The house is clean, roomy, and beautifully decorated. There are plenty of clean linens (which can be an issue at some homes) and they left complimentary drinks upon our arrival. Nancy and Brian are easy to work with! Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here during our wedding weekend - it was a great house to stay at and the location was perfect and right near our venue! There were lots of great extra touches at the Airbnb also!
