Let me start with the main positive - location. This place is a short walk to the Big House, which was huge for us given that my 80 year old father had a tough time last year navigating the exit from the game. So this is a great place for those in which ease of access to the stadium is a priority. This is a furnished basement that has a fridge and a microwave, so I think it is important to note that for those looking to cook a breakfast or any meal are going to be disappointed. It is a place to stay before a football game. Rooms were clean, including the bathroom. The hosts were responsive. Aside from the spartan (no pun intended) feel to the quarters, I was woken up by heavy footsteps above multiple times past midnight on gameday. All in all, it served our needs and saved us significant time pre- and post-game in terms of transportation.

Absolutely fantastic hosts that were very responsive, and the property was exactly as was promised. Will definitely plan to stay with them for future weekends in Ann Arbor!

Kyle & Michelle we’re wonderful hosts! Kyle was very responsive over Airbnb messaging. The location really cannot be beat for a Michigan football weekend.

Kyle’s place was perfect for our trip to Ann Arbor. If you’re going to a Michigan football game then I strongly recommend his property! An easy 5 minute walk to the stadium, easy access, and Kyle was extremely helpful all weekend!
