Please note: Information will not be shared with any third parties or used for promotional purposes. -Included with your reservation is an accidental damage protection insurance policy that protects everyone from any unexpected accidents. The full name, address and date of birth of the primary renter must be submitted within 48 hours after booking to our insurance partner, Safely.-Bachelor/Bachelorette groups must all be over 30 years old. -Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information. -Additional deposits may be required. -No pets allowed. If you are traveling with a pet, reach out as we can help you find a pet-friendly place. -To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home. -Hot tub is heater is not working. -Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine. -The home is located in a heavily wooded area and while it does have regular pest treatments in place, due to the environment, you may see pests during your stay inside and outside the home. My family was comfortable there. Really enjoyed the view and it was a nice place for our family to spend time together and enjoy the eclipse. The house does need some things repaired. But the house has plenty of space, a nice piano which we enjoyed, great view of the city from the deck and pool area.
This home is a great value for the view, location and amenities. Though dated, it was spotless and a great fit for our family during spring break.
The best part of this stay was the amazing view of downtown Austin! The host was super responsive and the neighborhood was nice and quiet - 15 min drive to downtown. Just keep that in mind if using ride shares; call them in advance or you will be waiting for at least 10 minutes. The house could use a renovation - the light in the shared bathroom is super dim and unfortunately, the shower in the master bathroom could not get warm. Even though the house itself was outdated, it was extremely clean and organized.
