We really enjoyed our stay here, family of 2 adults and 3 children. The house was plenty big enough for us and a great base to explore. We drove into Blackpool & Lytham St Anne’s mainly because we didn’t want to wait for Trams but the stop is at the end of the road. You can see the sea from outside the house which we loved. The house felt like a home, cosy and really nicely decorated. The children loved the second living room to watch TV in. We ate out and ate in comfortably finding things we needed to use in the kitchen. We agree with previous reviews that the beds were comfy and the house was spotlessly clean. We only book places with highchairs and cots available and were touched by the blankets available for the cot also. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home for our Easter break! I love the decor and now want to re decorate at home! The treats in the kitchen and milk in the fridge were greatly appreciated by us!

Excellent! House is lovely, spotless and clean, great location for the tram and access into Blackpool. Thanks to Amanda for being so helpful and the kids loved the Easter gifts. Really nice touch! Highly recommended.

Fantastic house in great location for local restaurants and shops and easy access to the tram. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated and is a great option for a family stay in Blackpool. Would happily stay again.
