房东非常热情，问题解决的速度快。房间整体整洁度还不错，但是两个卧室的床单和被子都有毛发和污渍。

Lovely little apartment. Just what we needed for our stay away to attend a concert. Close to train station for easy transport to and from the MCG. Secure parking under the building. I don’t like making negative comments but there were a few things worth mentioning. When we arrived there was a strong smell of bleach despite the bathrooms not looking very clean. Still had visible mould in areas that easily wiped off. Smell settled by second night. Kitchen sink plug hole mucky also. (Maybe cleaner was just having an off day) We were a bit warm at night. There was only one air conditioner unit in the living area so we had to leave the bedroom doors open when on. Outdoor patio needed a good sweep and tidy. Beds very soft, but linen was clean. Bedspoke checked in each day to make sure that we had what we needed. We felt very well looked after. Thanks Bedspoke for having us!😊

Only two of us were staying but even so the price was very good for quality of accommodation. Key issue for us was wheelchair accessibility as my partner had broken her ankle. Underground parking with reserved spot and lift were excellent. With a normal self propelled wheelchair some of the turns internally were a little tight but all manageable with carer support. Tv internet etc all excellent. Host very quick to respond and was able to extend our stay when the travel insurance took their time arranging our flight back to the UK. We enjoyed the flat so much we are likely to book again on our visit next year. Oh and Austin Hospital is very close if treatment or visiting an inpatient is the reason for the stay. Best airbnb we have stayed in over many years. Many thanks.
