Matt's place along the marshy river offers a great view with sightings of wading birds, flying flocks of birds, the tide, and singing birds in trees around the house. Clearly, the best thing about this house and location is the screened-in porch and the view. We appreciate Matt's flexibility in accommodating our flexible plans and in providing a comfortable home away from home.

Loved the location. Quiet neighborhood. Felt very safe. People in Woodbine extremely friendly. Woke up to spectacular sunrises over the river. The marsh glistened in hues of gold. Great location to sight see at Amelia Island, St. Simons Island and Jekyll Island. Highly recommend taking the Ferry to cumberland Island in St. Mary's. House was very comfortable to lounge inside and out while enjoying Crooked River. Matt was very responsive and a gracious host. It was a month of 5 star enjoyment!

Everything was comfortable. It was beautiful and relaxing watching the sun rise over the river on the back screened porch drinking coffee. Even though you are in the middle of a neighborhood, it's so quiet and peaceful that you still feel secluded. It was sweet to find bowls for a dog. We would definitely like to book this place again.
