Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. We are right on the A27, with a charming garden and ample off road free parking, close to Worthing town centre & beach. Only 15 minutes to historic quaint town of Arundel, with its magnificent castle, 30 minutes from Brighton, 45 minutes from Portsmouth, Gunwharf Quays and the Historic Dockyard, one hour from Southampton by car. Gatwick Airport 45 minutes away by car. A few minutes walk for Pharmacy, Post Office, and Supermarket. We have large room with 5' bed and kitchenette, lounge area. It has its own shower/toilet room, and private hallway, and front door. The kitchenette has a sweet little fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster, rubbish and recycling bins, together the cutest little sink I have ever seen! A full range of crockery, cutlery, and glass ware resides in the kitchenette cupboards. A small table and 2 chairs for eating breakfast and snacks. The shower/toilet room is fully tiled and boasts a walk in 1200cm shower. A very comfy 5' bed with bedside tables and newest electric sockets which have USB charging points too. In the hallway there is a wardrobe with hangers and drawers for your clothing etc. All bedlinen and towels are provided for your use. We have furnished the lounge area of the room with a very 'jazzy' colourful sofa, lamp table and table lamps. A small table/desk sits between bedroom area and lounge. Outside, for your exclusive use, and accessed via a glazed door, is a private and sheltered decking area furnished with a pretty little bistro set of 2 chairs and a small table. The decking area overlooks our own garden, which is full of flowers and greenery (although we are still developing it!) . We have a large front courtyard, and so parking and turning round is easy, and convenient.
