The room has a premium, hotel-quality queen bed that's entrancingly comfortable, as I've been told by guests. Linens are freshly pressed. The comforters & pillows, new. Closet is large, double doors, with shelves & as many hangers as you need. Everything is meticulously cleaned. Antique drop-leaf table can be used as a desk space if you require. (Office chair & accessories available.) High speed WiFi (2.4 & 5 gigahertz). I'm told it's 'blazing.' Superb for Netflix, streaming TV on your computer, and gaming. (Please pack your earbuds.) Hardwood floors. The BATH, one step across the hall, is BIG & SPARKLING CLEAN. Extra-long, granite vanity with an excellent mirror & lighting (pls. see photos). 2 large, freshly-lined shelves in the bath's linen closet, just for you. Toiletries are kept out of view. The countertop always is clear and welcoming. Plenty of towels. Bath is shared only if "Super Comfy, Sunny Single" is taken -- and there never has been a problem; all guests have been immaculate! Priscilla was an impeccable host. At very limited notice, she was able to accommodate me with a room that was nothing short of splendid. I had many hours of wonderful sleep thanks to the exceptionally high quality of my mattress, linens, and pillows and the pleasant stillness of her home’s location. The bath and kitchen facilities are likewise excellent. In every respect, Priscilla made me feel very welcome, and I recommend that you cannot go wrong booking a stay at her home.

I spent weeks staying with Priscilla and they honestly flew by. The house is incredibly cozy and Priscilla really does go the extra mile to try to help guests feel at home. As an example, when she learned that I was an LSU football fan and the team's colors were purple and gold, she went so far as to purchase purple and gold flowers for my room. It's honestly the first time anyone has ever purchased flowers for me...while I was initially taken aback, I'll admit that they did brighten the room and my day considerably. If you choose to stay with Priscilla, you'll find that the lovely photos are reflective of the space and she is truly one of a kind!
