Nelson is fantastic, his place is quiet, safe, and comfortable, the best stay I have had ever, and that's saying quite a bit.

Nelson is a really good host. One of the best I've seen. The place is as described. It's comfortable for me and has everything you need. Its close to downtown, the hospitals, and dining. A really good stay. Thank you so much!

Nelson was very nice, always reactive and accomodating when issues arose. The appartment is within walking distance from Yale and the city center which is great for the price. Thanks to the cleaning person coming weekly, we had no issue with dirty common areas. However, be aware that the neighborhood can be somewhat sketchy with people drinking and hanging out in the street all day long. Everyone who stayed there I met had trouble getting in as there is no indication on which key opens what. The music from the church downstairs three times a week gets very annoying. Finally, my room was the furthest from the kitchen where the modem is located and internet was too spotty to work efficiently. Overall, the place is as expected from the price.
