Both nights there was very loud music upstairs until well past 2:00am. Tried to call Johan and he didn't answer. Texted him and still no answer. Very dissatisfied and will not stay here again.

Johan's place was perfect for my overnight stay in the New Haven area, there was plenty of room, a great shower with hot water that came on quickly, a table and chair set to eat at, and the mattress was a new extra firm which for me was a welcome relief! Although there isn't a kitchen there's a kitchen sink, a microwave, a stand with coffee, creamer, and a coffee pot with sugar and to-go cups and lids. I reserved it without much notice and Johan was quick to respond, it was perfect for my stay and I recommend it to anyone visiting the New Haven area!

The place is incredible, you have your private entrance, the host is very friendly. If I had any questions he always answered me, I asked him for more days and he knew what to do! I RECOMMEND IT
