The size of the so-called “villa” is disappointing. It is not really a 2BHK villa, it has just 2 bedrooms with an outdoor deck. Do not expect a living room or a kitchen/pantry. The outdoor deck can only be used until sunset, post which it is filled with insects and frogs. So post sunset, you have to be in the rooms. The swimming pool is also just for show, as the water is never clean because of all the insects and frogs falling in it. All in all disappointed and not worth the money spent. Although there were some positives. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The on-site staff is very friendly and helpful. The food prepared by Chef Sainath is amazing. It is a unique property with good service but the experience is not that great and definitely not worth the money charged.

The estate has 5 rooms. Large groups can book the neighbouring AsanjA Dragonfly (3 Rooms) that can accommodate 6-9 guests - ideal for family get-togethers, reunions, milestone celebrations or offsites.
Explore the estate! A monsoon stream flows by the sides of the home and the surroundings are lush with rain.
One can spot the rare red variety of dragonflies, fireflies, birds and rainbows too! Dragonflies can be spotted all throughout the year over both the pools and is also the mascot of this Signature villa. It’s a trip back in time to before cities took over.
This villa is located amidst the hills and is a paradise for all the trekkers out there! You can enjoy a thrilling trek to Machindragad and Gorakgad. Siddhagadh is 10km from the home.
Tuljabhavani Temple is located 10 mins from the premises.
Murbad may be an offbeat location, but it has many undiscovered scenic places - like the lake-touching Kotharwada village that is merely a kilometre away from the home..
Guests can enjoy a nice picnic by the lake at dawn.
Plan a trip to Malshej Ghat which is 1.5 hours from AsanjA. The journey will be filled with lush greenery and waterfalls in the monsoon.
