Tracey's home on the beach was lovely. We stayed for Christmas and it was such an amazing place to stay for the 5 days we were there. There were 6 of us and it was extremely comfortable for all of us. The space was nice and open in both the kitchen and living room and great for all getting together in a big space. We are planning to come again in the summer as we loved it that much, couldn't recommend this place higher!

Had a fabulous stay in Morfa borth recently, the house is beautiful and the views are stunning. Perfect property, lots of space for 10 people and gorgeous surroundings. We spent most of our time out in the garden watching the sea roll by or playing on the perfect sandy beach which is a lovely surprise when the tide goes out! Plenty of supplies provided too, such as toilet rolls, toiletries in the bathrooms etc. The outside shower room is a fabulous idea when returning from the beach to rinse the sand away. I would definitely recommend this place and would 100% love to visit again, nobody wanted to leave, We could all have stayed there forever! 10/10!

Absolutely stunning location directly on the beach. We had an awesome few days exploring the local area, but mainly enjoying time with friends using the excellent facilities to cook and relax and admire the view. We all commented on how comfortable the beds were - and what an incredible master suite! Tracey was an excellent host and communications were good. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this gorgeous property.

This holiday was one of the best mainly because of the area of Borth and the excellent accommodation!!!! It truly was great value for money and Travey is a super host! We don't usually go back to places (always looking to do something different) but this one is an exception!

Had an absolute beautiful stay here. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again. Right on the beach. Quiet location. Lovely place to stay
