House is beautiful with lots of amenities. Even had board games available and beach chairs/items ( even though my group didn’t use but nice to see it offered in an Air BnB during summer season). Brian was friendly and very communicative. I will definitely book again if in the area!!!

This place was amazing! Could not have asked for a better host Brian was more than helpful and responded very promptly. House was absolutely beautiful, spotless, close to the beach and exactly as described. Kitchen had everything you could imagine. We would highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

This house is beautiful and very clean. There were only 6 of us but it can, easily, accommodate more people. The kitchen was well equipped and the onsite laundry room was a huge plus. Sadly, we were here in the winter so we weren't able to enjoy the balconies or the beach but the host provides beach chairs and it's just a short walk to the water. Brian, the host, was very responsive. He made sure we had all the information we needed to enjoy our stay well in advance and he checked in a couple times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. He was quick to respond to questions and he was kind enough to give us a little later checkout time. If we have an opportunity to return to Brigantine, we will definitely stay here again.
