House was in a great location. Easy access to the highway and local restaurants. The host was overall responsive. The house itself was overall good. On Day 2 we started noticing maintenance issues such as AC not working, bathroom sinks and Toilets not draining properly, kitchen and backyard trash bins were full from prior booking, grill didn’t work either. Lastly, we noticed mouse droppings in the kitchen, which we later found out it was still in the house.

Super cute place that would be an awesome option for a large group of friends visiting Denver for an event like a wedding or a show at Red Rocks. Super comfortable beds and spacious outdoor area on a quiet street with easy access to I-25. Nice appliances, a kitchen you can cook in, and a large clean hot tub. Jessica has been communicative and lovely, I didn’t run into any issues but if I had I’m sure she would’ve been responsive and helpful!

This could be a great, beautiful place but it has not been well maintained. there are holes in the ceilings. There are doors falling of kitchen cabinets, the dishwasher does not dispense the soap to clean the dishes and no dish cloths to hand wash them. The house was not cleaned prior to our arrival. There was a black ring around the hottub. We had to purchase our own propane to grill as well as trash bagsand paper towels. There were a little of lights and fixtures that were not in working order of just broken.
