Not the cleanest, dusty window coverings marks on floor, verandah area very dusty and toilet was dirty (I had to clean it myself) No plug for sink to wash dishes. Advertised as basics supplied however no soap, no garbage bags, fly spray can was empty which didn’t help with the ants. Noisy location due to trains right behind you. Parking area at back was manageable and you wouldn’t park at front due to risk of golf balls. Real Estate had great communication and help on weekdays however little assistance on weekend. I messaged on the Saturday (still waiting for response) so I called the office Saturday morning as we had no garbage bags, soap and no plug to wash dishes and was advised no staff could help. I was advised to go buy it and maybe they would refund it. I was able to obviously buy soap and garbage bags but no plug available so was only able to rinse dishes. FYI for those requiring WIFI it’s utterly useless area is only 3/4G. Positives beds comfy, large TV and water views.

Great communication from the real estate, checked that we had received our confirmation emails and entry details. Was also contacted when the last people to use the premises had trashed it and the cleaner needed longer to get the accommodation ready - which she did very well. The accommodation was as stated, clean with all essentials. It is close to train tracks so you will hear the train coming through in the middle of the night, but it is close to the water and golf course, so great for walking and fishing. My son caught a flat head when he went out before dinner. Over all very happy

Great little place for a couple or small family. We usually stay in Sawtell, but this place in the heart of Urunga was less busy and much more relaxing. Sitting on the balcony opposite the golf course and beautiful river was bliss. We would definitely stay here again!
