Do not stay here! The house was the dirtiest house I've ever stayed in using AirBNB. No cleaning had been done prior to our arrival - there was the most putrid smelling sludge in the dishwasher, spider webs and spiders all over the walls, mouse poop in all kitchen drawers and more. The kitchen was not equipped for 8 people - no coffee maker, kettle, fry pans or pots were there when we arrived. We had to go collect all of the supplies we needed form an outdoor "communal kitchen" that was so gross and dirty. We had to hand wash every single cup, plate, and pot before we could use them. The bedding smelled like mold and mildew - so badly 4 of our group of 8 could not sleep the first night. We contacted Toby for help and he sent cleaners (which meant we had to be out of the house), who barely touched the surface on the mess and also remade the beds with wet sheets. I communicated to Toby that the cleaners hadn't done much to help and never heard from him again. Horrible experience.

Excellent stay, beautiful scenic views and orchard (thanks for the fresh fruit right off the tree). Great location, close to amenities/town. Would happily stay here again.
