Good place and good host

We stayed for the month of August. The location was fantastic. Walking distance to Dallas Rd to the south and the Wharf to the west. The apartment faces North on 7th floor. Great evening breezes. Great patio to eat and relax. Michael was a perfect host and has a great condo with everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

visited in July and experienced warmer days so the "cooler" in the unit was insufficient. there is no fan/air flow in the bedroom so it made for uncomfortable evenings (not to mention an incredibly uncomfortable mattress). we spent the whole stay with the patio door open to get air flow into the unit, but that left us with many flying bugs and cigarette smoke from neighbors. the host offered no other suggestion when we asked him about it. we are from Texas and can generally handle the heat. we stayed for a month and eventually ran out of the half roll of paper towels in the unit. when we asked for more, he said they would bring some by later in the week - 3 days later a half roll of paper towels was left by the door for us. parking- the listing says free parking but we had to pay an extra $200 to park for the month (paid directly to the host, not through the app). come to find out, it's free street parking in the evenings. nice neighborhood, we felt safe. friendly building staff.

We had a great stay at this condo. It was close to downtown and had a beautiful balcony. Everything was great! Definitely would stay again!

Michael’s apartment was great! Great location, easily walkable to Victoria. We loved the patio, furnishings, and modern touch. He initiated and responded quickly to all communication. We did not have to think about anything but our vacation. We would stay here again, no doubts!!
