We stayed at Jim's place while visiting our son at the USCGA. The place is only a 2 to 3 minute walk to a really nice beach. All beach equipment was supplied, chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler, and a beach cart. The beds were comfortable, and extra pillows were provided. The most important thing for us was having AC in both bedrooms and in the main living space. The units really cooled down the bedrooms, and we slept great. The outdoor shower room is totally fine, but the backyard is open to two other houses, and both families were using their backyards a lot, so it's best to bring a good robe or have something to wear when going to and from the shower. All in all, it was a great stay, and we would definitely return.

My cousin, myself and our kids stayed for a long weekend. The house was just what we were looking for! Jim is a great host and was very responsive when we had any questions. We can’t wait to stay there again!
