The main living area has a TV, air conditioning, and sliding doors to a deck. The updated kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, oven, and coffee maker. There are 2 parking spots in front of the garage The house is not winterized there are no bookings from Nov1 to March 1 The house is NOT child proof so please be mindful of your children. The houses are close together be respectful of our neighbors and please stay on our property. Even down by the water stay in front of the house. There is a passageway to the beach in front of the house. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7 am There are NO fires allowed on the beach or in the house Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property including outside. Turn off the grill and the gas after use Please do not sit on the furniture with wet bathing suits or clothing. No food or drinks in the bedrooms There are personal things in the home and garage they are NOT for guest use. Please DO NOT redecorate the house Do Not hang anything on the walls There are only two cars allowed. Please park the cars the correct way in the driveway. There are NO parties or gatherings allowed at the house. No other extra guest are allowed at the house The key for the 1/2 bath door is on the key ring. Please remember your key when leaving the house the front door locks when it shuts NO PETS ALLOWED Thank you
