John was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. John even left out beach chairs and towels for us to use. The general area and the beach were very picturesque and peaceful. Check in and check out were a breeze. Would love to come back for another stay in the future! Thank you John!

Such a great weekend with family! Perfect place, 10 feet from the beach! The host, John, was awesome and super accommodating! Great neighborhood as well! Will definitely be staying here again!!

We rented John's house for Memorial Day weekend and couldn't be happier with everything. John made our stay as easy as possible - check in and check out were a breeze, his directions were clear and easy to follow (no technical difficulties on the TV or coffee maker), and he was the most friendly and accommodating. The beach was literally steps away, and was gorgeous and too much fun, especially with the beach chairs John made available. Let me clear - if you want to spend some quality time on the beach in Connecticut, be near excellent and amazing seafood, and and have a lovely and comfortable place to stay - then BOOK THIS HOUSE!
