The Penticton Avalon is Fully Licensed two story guesthouse compliant with upcoming BC Provincial regulations for short-term rentals. On the first floor you'll enjoy a full kitchen a comfortable living space with 4 tub chairs, a powder room, and washer-dryer. On the second floor you'll find the bedroom with a king size bed. An open living area that can be easily converted to a second sleeping space with a Queen size Murphy Bed Our beds feature "Endy" mattresses. A full bath with a unique walk-in shower completes the second floor. Our unique building design provides light and airy spaces throughout. Outdoors you will find a private fenced courtyard to enjoy a barbeque or just sit back and relax after a day out. Free guest parking and a level 2 EV charger are included for your convenience.

A beautiful place to land! The Avalon is charming and thoughtfully laid our carriage house, comfortable and tasteful decor, with most amenities you could ask for. This little suite's location is really central, so my friend and I walked everywhere the whole visit. Lori is a friendly and warm host. She gave us lots of space to just enjoy our holiday. You won't be disappointed with your booking.

Absolutely wonderful stay at Avalon! Lori was an amazing host with quick response and always willing to help. The side yard was amazing, parking easy, super clean, comfortable, and a great stay! Will be staying here again for sure!
Great stay. Its a little unclear from the pics but the bedroom, bath and pullout are all upstairs. The place was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Loved it
From when we arrived to when we left, Lori was there for anything we needed. All the amenities exceeded our expectations. The location was amazing. Right downtown so you are close to lots of restaurants and entertainment. We would recommend staying here when you are in Penticton.

The Penticton Avalon is just a quick walk away from the beach, South Okanagan Event Center, craft breweries, wineries, Farmer’s Market (every Saturday morning from May to October), Gyro Park, Rotary Park, Okanagan Lake Park, restaurants, KVR trail and a lot of exciting festivals and events such as; Elvis, Peachfest, Granfondo, and Iron Man, throughout the year. You will find the Penticton Avalon an Oasis in the heart of downtown Penticton
Our neighbourhood is flat, making it very walkable. Walk to restaurants, beach, parks, convention center, downtown and events center. Bike your way on the KVR trail, Channel bike/walking path, promenade along the lake, or use the lake to lake bike lane. Grab a floaty and jump in the channel for a leisurely float to Skaha Lake. Bus Stops out your door will take you anywhere in Penticton or venture further into the Okanagan Valley.

Hi, I’m Lori I recently retired after 40 years of teaching. My husband and I made the move to Penticton in July of 2019. We began our house renovations and the build of our new carriage house in March of 2020. This project has been a 2 year labour of love as we were involved in every step of the project. While we may be new to Airbnb hosting, we are not new to entertaining out of town guests as I come from a very large family where an open door and hospitality are a cornerstone. My husband and I love to cook and entertain. What drew us to Airbnb was our love of meeting new people. We look forward to hosting you on your next vacation to beautiful Penticton.
