1. 不太适合三个人住，两个人比较合适，一张一人的小床和一张稍大点的床。 2. 地理位置很好，距地铁站很近，步行可到卢浮宫，楼下小巷口有超市，附近也有很多其他的超市，seniter地铁站附近的中信银行可以用银联卡取现。 3. 虽然每天晚上小巷都有很多法国人喝酒聊天，屋里却非常安静。

We had a very nice stay in Paris at the flat! It had all we needed as two persons for a couple of days. It is very centrally located, perfect to discover the city (though rather small but that is to be expexted in the very center of Paris). On weekdays there was quite a lot of intense construction noise in the house starting at half past eight, we were outside a lot, so we weren't too bothered, but that might be stressful for others. Alexandre was very friendly and flexible when it came to leaving our luggage on the day of check-out :)

Soggiorno perfetto, in appartamento confortevole pulito e comodo che, grazie alla sua posizione centrale, permette la visita delle principali attrazioni della città passeggiando o al più in metro, e reso indimenticabile grazie anche alla gentilezza e alla disponibilità di Alexandre.

Alexandre was very responsive and very friendly. His place however had a couple of concerns. It was very small, had a musty smell in the bathroom, and overall wasn’t very clean.

A nice place less than a kilometer from The Louvre. Loved the location, there are hundreds of restaurants nearby.  The host was very responsive and communicative. He sent very detailed instructions which made the checkin a breeze. This apartment is on the 4th floor. If you have mobility issues, this is something to keep in mind.   Would definitely consider staying here when we visit Paris next time.
