Kelly is EXTREMELY flexible and responsive to our requests! We wanted to rent another room for the first and second night, and she responded immediately to our request. We weren't sure that we could get those rooms, so that is why the fast response was so important to us. This is a great place to stay in Sumner, and Kate and I will always pick this location first when we need to stay in town!

My family was in town to see a Musical at my granddaughters middle school in Fredericksburg. We couldn't believe the amount of room we had to spread out, to enjoy pizza after the show with family in the massive kitchen and dinning space. The huge fireplace in the living room added warmth and much ambiance to this historic treasure. Everything was top notch. We will definitely be returning this summer. Thank you, Kelly !
