Perfectly happy with our stay at Judy's. Clean and cozy while still being airy and open. Clean, lovely beds, hotub was nice, arcades were fun. We especially appreciated how this space has been developed --- a beautful house with fun architecture AND nature all in a perfect location! Several little special touches--- will be back!
We had the best time. There were fresh flowers, and treats, and wine! It was so clean and perfect for us six women on a ladies weekend. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!
A perfect place to stay in Waverly. The wooded surroundings were quiet and peaceful, but we were also within walking distance to downtown. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. It was also a great place to hold a wedding shower for my soon to be daughter in law. Not to mention, the hot tub was a nice touch in the evenings. It was a great place to relax and watch the deer in the ravine.
My husband and I were hoping for a peaceful and relaxing getaway and that is exactly what we got! This place was lovely and the details all around the place were fantastic from fresh flowers to snacks available for us to 7 video games in the basement for the win! If we come back to the area again we would definitely consider staying!
What a lovely home! The view was beautiful from the hot tub. Got to see the deer up close and personal. Also briefly met the Airbnb cat and then got to read about him in the book. That was neat. Love animals. Town was super cute. I will definitely be back. Host was very kind and responsive.

Hi! I am originally from Iowa, but can be found in Florida quite frequently. My husband and I, along with our family, own and manage properties in both states. We love to spend time with family, especially our young grandsons. We also enjoy traveling, playing with our “pack” of canine companions and recreating outdoors. Having previously been in a large “corporate” environment, I traveled extensively for many years and have personally spent well over a thousand nights in hotels rooms throughout the world. I know first hand how generic and cold they are. We are thrilled to offer accommodations which are more comfortable, warm, personal and relaxing than a hotel can provide. Our AirBnB in Waverly, IA is the most recent addition to our AirBnB properties. As with all of our AirBnBs, major renovations have recently been completed and we are excited to offer another beautiful property as an option to the AirBnB community. We have put a great deal of effort and consideration into all of our AirBnBs. It is super important to us that we provide our guests with the best possible experience and we strive very hard to insure every guest has a 5 star stay.
