Just bring yourself! The home was much more beautiful, stocked, spacious and accommodating than described or shown. It is children friendly:) The home owners ensured a welcoming experience, and stay. It truly is a vacation home, surrounded by the stunning smokies. Tiffany was very responsive and helpful too. Would definitely stay there again, and recommend it!

Great place with beautiful views. Sitting on the front porch in the evening was a nightly event. It was peaceful. ( It rained for a few days)

Was spacious and clean. We did not care for all of the opened, used condiments left in the refrigerator (those should have been discarded) and the keypad was dead so it took 10+ minutes of standing in the freezing cold and ringing the Ring doorbell until we could get the home owner to answer and let us know where a lockbox with keys were. No one came out to switch the batteries so we consistently had to enter and exit through the garage instead of the front door. Not a huge inconvenience but should have been checked before our arrival. Contact for Evolve was very slow to answer and so we did not get answers in a timely manner. We enjoyed our stay overall and recommend this property. Recommend that old food left in fridge and pantry be discarded if it is opened, used or out of date. Also recommend fixing kitchen light fixture and looking into painting over old water leak near back door. No heat downstairs except for 2 small space heaters. This info was not originally provided.
