James's place is great and fully stocked. Only issue we had was the fireplace wasn't working, which was a disappointment as we are Floridians and would have used that fireplace daily. The rest of the property is nice and private. The water was not in the canal when we were there due to bi-annual maintenance, which was fine. it would have made the weather colder sitting next to the water :( you can still see the lake view from the boat house. The kitchen is FULLY stocked for family meals with a nice size dining table. The area is convenient to Clayton/Dillard (a 15 minute drive) with easy access to stores, restaurants, etc. James was very responsive. We would love to return during the warmer months to take advantage of the lake, kayaks, boat dock.

We really enjoyed our stay! Wonderful house with all the amenities. We rented a pontoon and James let us borrow their raft! James was super helpful and quick to respond. Great stay! Thank you!

Very cute and comfortable place. Good location. Kids enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board. Would definitely stay there again.

This home was amazing and James is a wonderful host! Wonderful location, family friendly and lake burton is gorgeous! Very clean and so much attention to all the little details! The host thought about everything! Toys for the kids, kayaks, floats, grill, and well stocked house! So many great memories made! Can’t wait to return and we are so fortunate we were able to stay here!
