Piss poor communication. Given the time of the year, avg temp was around 35 degrees cel and the pilot light for the heat was not lit, why not? Who knows, you would think this is a standard given the cold. Went back and forth w/ airbnb and the prop management co. to figure out who can come and light it. Received an automated response at 4am, zero help and this lasted the entire time. Heather was amazing, the night we were about to leave she brought some small space heaters that some what helped. Im finally writing a review and they have yet to refund our trip as agreed, went ghost with zero help, sad honestly because the place was super cool, poorly ran...

On the first night we weren’t able to take a shower due to valve not switching to shower head. The valve was broken. Pillows didn’t smell clean. No big flat screen in the living room to watch movies during our stay. The main room had a tiny tv with no remote.

We had an incredible stay and I would totally recommend this place. It’s about 1hr 20mins to Yosemite, but the drive is mostly scenic. The only hiccup was that when we got to the gates, the staff didn’t have our names listed. We were one the phone with Vacasa for ~30 minutes figuring it out.
