Our cabin is tucked away in the heart of Pine Mountain Lake's community in Groveland, Ca. Located just across Lake Marina, a minute's walk without the need to drive or re-park to visit the lake. Take advantage of the golf course, water sports, fishing cove, tennis/pickleball court, swimming pool, horseback riding, archery/shooting range, and kid playgrounds. Visit Yosemite and Pine Mountain Lake near highway 120. For peace of mind, our solar panels/batteries provides power when outage occurs. Our home uniquely offers a minute's walk from the lake, an in-home arcade machine, a digital board game table, and a deck with patio furniture to relax, entertain, and create new memories. You can access our home's spacious rooms and patio to lounge and recharge or decide to visit the lake, tee off a round of golf, or a game of tennis, all within the community! The Lake Marina offers access to the largest beach shore in the community with boat/kayak rentals, bathrooms, rinse stations, picnic benches, bbq grills on grass, and a convenient purchasable food area with a shaded patio. Our cabin equipped with solar panels and batteries. It can provide backup power for the house when an outage occurs. This Cabin is located in Pine Mountain Lake. To enter, a security gate will charge a one-time fee of $46 per vehicle for a parking pass. This one-time fee covers your entire stay at Pine Mountain Lake. Bedroom #2: One full bed plus one single bed. Total of 2 beds. Bedroom #3 (Master): One king bed plus one single bed. Total of 2 beds, a 40" TV, and a full bathroom. Living Room: 50" TV, fireplace, 3 couches with 1 that can fold into a bed. Arcade machine (supports up to 2 players with over 300 classic games, including Street Fighter, Pac-Man, Nintendo, and Genesis console games.) Digital board game table (supports up to 6 players and over 50 board games to choose from, including monopoly, trivial pursuit, and more.) Kitchen & Dining Room: A large dining table (seats 7), coffee machine, microwave, full cooking utensils, additional tv, and more. Patio Deck: A 600 sq foot deck with an outdoor dining table (seats 6), a BBQ grill, an additional table (located in the rear deck), and a sun umbrella. Parking: Our driveway can fit 4 cars comfortably but can extend to 6 if you tandem park. Accessibility Ramp: The rear of the house has an accessibility ramp for wheelchair access.
