Pros: Love this place. I love the fresh air, pine trees, wild life and quietness this community offers. Rental is as pictured and described. Home Wi-Fi fast. Mobile reception worked for T-Mobile and AT&T customers. We had 1-2 bars inside the house & around the community, full bar in some area. This house was large enough where the kids can play downstairs while the adults had their space upstairs. Rental was about 15+ mins. leisure walk to the community marina/beach area. Elaine was quick and very responsive to all my questions & concerns, even late at night. Beds were comfortable. Cons: NOTHING to do with the owner - HOA entry fee $44 per car. Communication with Evolve was not great. I kept getting the generic answers from them. Not useful when you're on the road trying to get to the next location. Some hand towels for the kitchen & bathroom would be nice. High cleaning fee $346 & Airbnb service fee $290. Other than that I would definitely stay here again.
Great time w/ Family from a greater host!
Our family (4 x adult, 3 x kids) stayed here end of August and had a great stay! The home is close to the gated community entrance gate and approx. 3min drive to the lake's beach and marina. The home was spacious for us all to spread out into. The amenities of the home were excellent! The kids and adults made daily use of the pool table, dart board, and hot tub. The grill was another great addition to have. All-in-all the home was the perfect spot for our short vacation. We'll certainly return to Pine Mountain Lake soon. The lake itself was so much fun to either hang at the beach or rent a pontoon to go explore. We saw a range of wildlife and Groveland downtown (5min drive) was quaint and well equipped for the bits/entertainment we needed. Thanks!
My family had a great stay. Plenty to do for all. After enjoying the days full of hiking and paddle boarding it was great to unwind in the hot tub and then shoot a few games of pool. Comfortable beds. Highly recommend
This property was perfect for our group! The linens were so nice, and the deck/view were really pretty. It’s nicely decorated and the pool table and hot tub were so fun. We had a really nice time! Thank you; we’ll be back!
