Abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni a Roma e non potevamo scegliere appartamento migliore! Siamo stati in contatto con Cristina, super gentile, disponibile e di risposta istantanea, sin da prima della prenotazione. Le sue indicazioni sono state precisissime ed è stata molto disponibile. La casa è molto moderna, funzionale e accogliente, con tutto l'occorrente. È in una posizione fantastica, con farmacia, supermercato, bar e un grande centro commerciale nell'arco di 100 metri, ma soprattutto la fermata della metro è veramente a un passo dall'appartamento; in 10 minuti si raggiunge il centro. Sicuramente, grazie a Cristina che è stata stupenda e grazie al fatto che ci siamo sentiti come se fosse veramente casa nostra, quando torneremo a Roma sapremo dove andare!!!

I spoke with Christina and she was very easy to reach and request anything. Even we did not meet face to face due to our early flights, she was very friendly, and keen to solve any issue we had. A great host in general!

Leicht zu erreichene schöne Wohnung, mit sehr schönem Badezimmer. Durch das -1 Stockwerk auch bei hohen Temperaturen kühl und dadurch äußerst angenehm vorallem bei Mittagssonne. Die Kommunikation mit Cristina war sehr gut und ich habe mich direkt wohl gefühlt.

All was fine and easy! We usually walked to the center which is about an hour and a great experience in the morning sun.

Positives: -apartment/room is very spacious -there are some coffee pods, tea, & biscuits -Metro is 3-5 mins walk away & big supermarket 5-7 mins -Beds are comfy -there are enough plates, utensils, & pots. tissues, bath towel, hand & face towels are provided too. There’s 1 small soap & sachet of shampoo per person too. -host is very responsive to my queries and super helpful! When we encountered some problems, she helped us right away. Host responds very quickly to my messages. 10 stars for service!!!! -host also allowed us to extend two hours after check out time. Negatives: -hard to get the correct temperature of water. It’s either too hot or too cold. If it gets hot, it will become cold again just few seconds after. -there’s quite a smell upon entering the apartment. Also, you can hear some steps, noises and voices from upstairs -room is on the basement, so if you have heavy & huge luggage, it will be a challenge since there is no elevator. Lots of steps to take Thank you, hosts!
