I loved everything about this apartment. The pretty sleeping room, well-equipped kitchen, 2 big television screens, a nice bathroom and my favorite: A private balcony with sunlight during the whole day. I would definitely recommend this place.. Teresita thought about every little detail and the apartment is in perfect shape, just like it is in the pictures! It felt like home <3

Hermoso departamento muy bien equipado. Las sabanas y toallas super delicadas. Estacionamiento un poco difícil con camioneta.

I really enjoyed my 3 1/2 week stay at Teresita's apartment. Teresita was very easy and accommodating to work with. The apartment was clean, comfortable and secure, as was the entire apartment building. Although there is a fair bit of vehicle traffic at various times throughout the day, it was never a problem for relaxing and sleeping. The shower had plenty of warm water and the bed was comfortable. The area was very walkable as well. I will definitely try to stay here again if I am back in Asunción.
