We had a pleasant stay at this apartment for a week, the highlight being the outdoor area and swimming pool. The listing is a bit misleading really. It states the apartment to be a waterfront property but in reality it’s a 20min walk down to the beach and 30min walk back up a very steep hill. We opted to drive most days as the walk back up with beach gear in the heat of the day was tough going. There was no snorkelling equipment as listed. The apartment itself was very clean and tastefully decorated. The bathroom and living area are both great spaces but the bedrooms are very small, just enough room to walk around the beds and no more. We were surprised to find the lack of basic essentials, no cooking oil, salt or pepper and one roll of toilet and one bin bag for a family of 4 for a week. The agent rectified some of the issues and was super responsive. We feel that Airbnbs are losing their nice homely touches when operated by agents. It’s the little things that can make a difference.

Siamo stati una settimana nell'alloggio di Sandro. La casa è strepitosa, di recente costruzione e la piscina ad uso privato è un sogno. Ci siamo trovati benissimo

Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in Rabac! Het contact met Sandro verliep soepel. De eigenaren en de mensen die je ontvangen zijn ontzettend lief en helpen en denken mee. Het huis is mooi en het zwembad heerlijk. De boulevard van Rabac is niet ver lopen maar erg steil naar beneden. Wij besloten daarom dit stuk met de auto te gaan!

Schöne Unterkunft in einer sehr ruhigen Lage in Rabac. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Pool ist sehr schön, auch für Kinder gibt es einen kleinen Pool. Der neue Grill direkt am Pool mit Blick auf das Meer ist Top. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
