Elizabeth is heel erg vriendelijk , makkelijk te bereiken en reageerd heel snel. Ze geeft veel informatie over allerlei activiteiten die er te doen zijn. Geeft ook ruim van tevoren aan wanneer het zwembad schoon gemaakt word. Het huis was precies zoals beschreven. Mooi schoon en heel erg ruim. Het zwembad is met zout water ipv chloor, echt heel erg fijn. Elke drie dagen wordt het zwembad schoon gemaakt. Wij hebben een top vakantie gehad en komen heel graag nog een keer terug!
We were a group of 6 friends and had the best time in this place. Elizabeth was the most gracious and helpful host and made us feel very welcome. The house is as described, perfectly equipped and located in a small, traditional, non-touristy village. A tavern with high quality, local food is in foot walking distance. We would come back anytime!
Diese Villa war ein Traum und wir würden immer wieder dort einkehren. Durch eine empfohlenen Mietwagenfirma konnten wir Kreta, selbst erkunden. Dieser Aufenthalt lohnt sich und ist immer wieder ein Urlaub wert.
Very nice and comfortable house like on the pictures. There is enough space and everything you need is provided. You are in the middle of a traditional village with very authentic restaurant and kaffenion. It’s very quiet and peaceful, exactly what we were looking for. Melidoni caves, Reptisland, Honey museum, olive oil factory are very close. In the next village you find bigger supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. 10 minutes to the closest beach. Pool area is nice and we used the heating option which was great in October. The pool is generally clean but you can see lots of sediments at the edges inside and outside, as well as in the grids. There is self check-in and check-out, so no personal interaction.
10/10! Already while planning this accommodation we immediately felt welcome by the lovely hosts. They were very flexible, responsive and supportive to help us find anything we needed, including helping us book a fantastic boat tour. The house is exactly like the pictures, amazing, clean and very luxurious. A big plus was that there was complimentary food and snacks on arrival. Everything you would need for an initial visit after your flight, like fruits, drinks and more. Basic necessities like tea and seasoning for cooking were also already there. Melidoni is a peaceful remote village and it’s great that there was a gas station down the street, a restaurant with amazing local food that opens early and closes late, and a small shop for basic necessities. For the September season we were in the pool was great on a sunny afternoon, but take care that it can get cold when it’s cloudy or evening. All in all I highly recommend this house for groups traveling to Crete.

I will responsible for you from the moment you first contact me sending a request form to book your stay in one of our Villas, up to the moment you get on board to return back home. Whether you are a family with a baby or a kid, we provide you special equipment, such as a highchair or a baby cot both available uppon request. Moreover, we offer you upon arrival any kind of advice based on our honest preferences as locals(places to visit, beaches, historical monuments, shopping, restaurants, bars etc)! Furthermore, any kind of arrangement (e.g car hire, excursions, diving, cruises) can be made so that you will be troubled as less as possible prior or during your stay! Enjoy your holiday in Crete!
