Very disappointing stay!! 1)Host is unresponsive and doesn’t respond to any of your messages or questions regarding the place. 2)Lots if hidden rules and fees that are revealed after the booking. 3)Misleading instructions provided regarded the timing of the care taker present at the house and the accommodation for the help you bring along. 4)The house is extremely dusty, the sofa set in the living room is extremely dirty and stained this making it inhabitable. 5)The cutlery in the kitchen kept for you is also dusty and not clean and the kitchen is not equipped enough. Take your money and run!

Overall, it was a good experience, but there were a couple of issues that I faced during my stay. Firstly, I was taken aback by the hidden charges. They asked for daily fee of ₹500 for pet plus ₹500 per day for cleaning. These charges were not mentioned in the listing, and it would have been helpful to know about them beforehand. Although after a brief discussion at the time of checkout the pet fee was waived off but it is essential for hosts to be transparent about any additional costs to avoid any surprises for guests, in my opinion That being said, the property itself exceeded my expectations. The pictures provided in the listing did not do it justice. The interior was beautifully decorated, and the overall ambiance was simply breathtaking. The attention to detail and the aesthetics of the space made for a truly memorable stay. The property's beauty alone almost made up for the hidden charges. Despite the initial surprise of the additional fees, it was a positive experience.

We were looking to spend a quiet couple days with family and this house popped up in our search. It looked wonderful from the get-go and we went there during the rains. Highlights: - Beautiful during the rains - Very quiet and no noises / disturbances from neighbors - Nice, clean pool - Spacious rooms (really large) - Big, clean bathrooms - Table Tennis and Carrom Board for entertainment; Cards too - Our caretaker “dada” was amazing; extremely responsive and ensuring we have all the things we needed during our stay - Kunal, the local representative, was very helpful and himself shopped for tea/coffee/milk before we arrived!! Do remember to carry anti mosquito solutions. This is a perfect destination to laze around with your friends and family, enjoying their company while still staying entertained. And it is away from the hustle, bustle and traffic of Lonavala, yet close to get to. Definitely recommend this place.

The Patio/Balcony with pool view was such a cozy spot at the property. The pool was huge and the rooms were spacious and beautifully designed. The entire aesthetic of the house was amazing the pictures don’t justify the beauty of the property.
