This house is the perfect place for a comfortable, relaxing and memorable stay at the beach! The house was squeeky clean and Cait gave us a friendly heads- up as soon as the 'earlier than expected' check-in was available. Great host, great place!! Highly recommend!!! Thank you, Cait. Paul K.

We had a smooth check in and our children loved the backyard! The neighbors were super sweet and welcoming as well . The house was a perfect spot for our family!! Can't say enough great things about the bungalow:)

Very close to the beach & cute inside. Good size for a family of 4, can fit 2 cars in driveway. Could use some updates/repairs but wasn’t a deal breaker. Cait was a wonderful host, open to feedback. Bring your own linens, toilet paper, hand soap, garbage bags, foil, a good chef knife if you like to cook, that kinda stuff, no amenities on site. Loved the area, close by to Point Pleasant but such a peaceful quiet community. Would recommend for a small family or couple.

Our 5-month stay in this clean, Lavalette bungalow was fantastic! Cait and her husband are lovely. They are very easy to communicate with. The neighbors are friendly. Having a washer and dryer was such a plus. Open windows and ceiling fans allow for a beautiful sea breeze to cross through the vaulted, open floor concept. We enjoyed the 4 minute walk to the beach down the traditional sandy roads during the day and the 4 minute walk to the sunset on the bay at dusk. We are making this our place to stay when visiting the Jersey Shore from now on.

We had a great winter stay at Cait's beach bungalow. It was very short walk to both the beach and the bay, very peaceful and private. The place is super cute, newly renovated, with all modern appliances, beach-themed decors and refreshing colors, comfortable beds. Easy check in with a code. The owner is very responsive and accommodating, will stay again if available.
