This was one of the best properties I’ve ever experienced. It was perfectly located. Lots of parking. But, most importantly, it was absolutely spotless - not exaggerating - and perfectly decorated, stocked, labeled, furnished, etc. It was more like a luxury suite at a hotel. Coffee in the master suite was such a nice touch. Everything was so easy and well-placed. Everything worked and worked well. I cannot describe how clean it was - like operating room clean. The house was warm and inviting. I cannot think of a single thing I’d complain about. Every detail was considered and executed.

I booked this location last minute and Michael was very responsive. He made every part of our stay exceptionally easy! He even contacted me the morning after we arrived to be sure we had everything we needed and to answer any questions. With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, a game room, outdoor balconies, a ground-level patio with bbq and firepit, and a well-stocked kitchen - this house had everything we needed! We stayed four days and ate out once (only because we went out of town). It is one block from the pier and beach...he even provides chairs and a cart to take to the beach! I would definitely stay here again.

We were a family/group of 12 looking for a nice place down the shore to spend a few days at. We were so fortunate to find this place. Not only was it so nice and well-kept, but Michael was so helpful and responsive. He reached out to make sure we were ok. Whenever we had any questions, he was quick to answer and did it in a friendly manner. He provided a guide that listed all the necessary information regarding the property, including suggestions of places to eat at and things to do. The property had just about everything we needed, including a fun play area for the children that had all types of games. Oh, and the property was very close to the boardwalk. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.
