The house was perfect for our needs and as advertised. Great communication throughout. It was a great location to use as a basecamp when we did numerous activities like visit Lake Placid, tour Ausable Chasm, take a trout fishing charter, go to the top of White Face and hike a high peak. We were very happy to have our dog (4th child) with us and the house was well equipped for him. Game room was well used in the evening especially the pool table. Loved the Adirondacks and would highly recommend this rental. Dinner at the Ice Jam was great.

We have stayed at Rob’s beautiful & cozy Adirondack Sugar Shack three times now and it’s becoming our favorite go to getaway. The amenities never disappoint and no matter what the weather situation is there’s plenty to do inside the house or locally. This place really has it all.

Rob's place was very spacious and clean. The layout was nice for hanging out with friends in the living room or upstairs playing ping-pong or pool. Everything was clean and the decor was well put together. I loved that it was a dog friendly. The coffee and hot chocolate was a big hit. We all felt really welcomed and at home. It was a nice stay and we would stay again.

Rob’s place was perfect for our end of season ski trip. The house is spotless and only 10 minutes from Whiteface. Rob was quick to respond with any questions we had and was very helpful with local recommendations. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the serene and private setting. All our cooking and entertainment needs were met at the home. The Wi-Fi supported two busy working adults and three teenagers...this added to the quiet feel. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were plentiful to support everyone in their own private space. I'm bringing my dog next time!
