Our group of 7 had a great stay. The place was beautiful, check-in was easy, and the host gave us super helpful tips. The location was very quiet and secluded, and not much of a drive from Lake Placid and a bunch of good hiking trails. Our group loved it, and I would definitely stay here again!

Deepwoods Escape is a charming house, that is deceptively large. It was only my family of 5, and we left the downstairs bedrooms vacant. I could definitely see coming back with another family. It is nestled in the woods, just a short drive from Whiteface. The scenery was picturesque, and we were able to see some of the local wildlife. My kids loved the hot tub, and the arcade downstairs. As a family we loved the open floor concept with knotty pine throughout. Everything was as described, and Leah was super responsive, and her support network was as well. @Leah, Thank you for sharing your home with us, we had an excellent time!

Leah’s place was wonderful! Very quiet and peaceful location, everything around was no longer than 25 minutes away which was great. It’s about 20 min to main street and 10 min from whiteface mountain! The house was very clean and had everything Leah had listed & the hot tub was a great touch!!Leah was a great host and very responsive. Would definitely stay again :)

Such a lovely place especially for a fairly sized group! Plenty of sleeping space and a wonderfully open kitchen and living room, with beautiful views. To top it all off, you’re right there next to Whiteface Mountain. Plenty to do nearby, and Leah had so many recommendations. Such a wonderful spot!!
