This new comfortable, and family-friendly coastal vacation home is set on a peaceful wooded lot that is a short walk away from the beach. The home backs up to a wooded conservation area. Take in the views of Elk Creek, Seabrook shops and the Pacific Ocean. Start your vacation early with a 3PM check-in. Finish relaxed and refreshed with a 3PM check-out. Follow the crowd, instead of being part of it. Dogs welcome (2 max) for a ($135 for up to 2 dogs) fee per 7 days. CHECKIN/OUT* 3PM-3PM Top Level - Master Suite The top floor is home to the spacious master bedroom, complete with vaulted ceilings, a cozy seating area with views to the conservation area, a large closet with ample hanging capacity, a large chest of drawers, and a light and bright bathroom with 2 sinks. Enjoy the king mattress for a restful night’s sleep. There are device chargers on both night stands to make sure you are charged and ready to go. The third-floor master bedroom offers privacy and tranquility away from the common areas. Take in the view of the woods, unwind and relax in bed or the comfy chair in the reading nook. Front porch and enclosed stone patio The front porch is spacious with plenty of seating to relax and watch the ocean. Down from the porch is a large paved patio with a table and chairs for 8. A fence encloses the entire front area. There is a gate in back opening to stairs to the lower level (which also has a large stone patio area and walkway to the beach trail). You will find it’s easy to transport your stuff from the car to the beach house. Main Floor The main floor offers abundant natural light and is an open floor plan, consisting of a living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has a gas fireplace and cozy seating for watching your modern "smart TV" (ready to sign in with your account). There is no cable TV. Adjacent to the living room is the entryway with seating bench and coat rack, as well as a powder room The open dining area has seating for eight. Across from the dining area is a door to the back deck with two large chairs where you can take in the beautiful views of the conservation area and enjoy the gorgeous sunrises. It is also equipped gas BBQ grill. The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware for 12, as well as child friendly dishes, cups and utensils. You’ll find all the cookware you’ll need, including a KitchenAid mixer, deluxe toaster, coffee maker, coffee bean grinder and great blender. Lower Level The lower level has a media room and a sofa where you can unwind and stretch out and read a book, watch a movie on the smart TV with ability to Airplay or Cast from your phone, PC, or tablet. There is a second bedroom with a queen size bed, a bunk room with 4 beds which will sleep 4 adults or 4 kids comfortably. There is a full size bathroom on this level too. There is an entry out the back to the back yard. You will find the full sized washer and dryer on this level. Back Yard Enjoy the spacious backyard while having a relaxing soak in the private hot tub, or share stories and laughs with friends and family while gathering around the private fire pit. The backyard also has a large patio area with an outdoor shower. A paved path way leads to the beach trail. There is a stairway adjacent to the home allowing easy access to the upper level. Next time you are out for a stroll, stop by the Meriweather Gazebo and admire the view into Woodland Promenade and Perennial Park. Playground & Basketball/Tennis Courts - Right at the entrance of the Farm District sits our playground and basketball court area, which is just steps away from the Tennis and Pickleball courts. The nicely fenced-in playground includes a much larger play set along with a two story tower for the kids to climb. Adjacent to the new playground is an outdoor basketball court. Dorothy Anderson Cottage/Community Garden - Located just North of Crescent Park, this cottage was one of the oldest cottages on the Washington coast and we are proud to say that we have fully restored the cottage to its original condition. In collaboration with the North Beach Museum, the Dorothy Anderson Cottage is now quite the artifact at Seabrook, reminding us of the great history the Washington coast has and how fortunate we are to be a part of it.
